citizens residing abroad are admitted to Italy for seasonal and non-seasonal subordinate work and self-employment within the following total quotas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) 136,000 foreign citizens for the year 2023;<br>b) 151,000 foreign citizens for the year 2024;<br>c) 165,000 foreign citizens for the year 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color\"><strong><strong>Entries Within the Seasonal Work Quotas<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the overall quotas, foreign residents are admitted to Italy for seasonal subordinate work in the agricultural and tourist-hotel sectors within the following quotas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>82,550 units for the year 2023;<br>89,050 units for the year 2024;<br>93,550 units for the year 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color\"><strong><strong>Sectors<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Foreign citizens residing abroad are admitted to Italy within the overall quotas for <strong>non-seasonal subordinate <\/strong>work and <strong>self-employment<\/strong> in the following sectors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haulage and freight transport,<br>Construction,<br>Tourist-hotel industry,<br>Mechanical industry,<br>Telecommunications,<br>Food,<br>Shipbuilding,<br>Passenger transport by bus,<br>Fishing,<br>Hairdressing,<br>Electricians and plumbers,<br>Self-employment,<br>within the following quotas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>53,450 units for the year 2023, including 52,770 for subordinate work and 680 for self-employment;<br>61,950 units for the year 2024, including 61,250 for subordinate work and 700 for self-employment;<br>71,450 units for the year 2025, including 70,720 for subordinate work and 730 for self-employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color\">Schedule for Applications by Employers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For the 2023 quotas, applications can be submitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>from December 2 for non-seasonal subordinate workers from countries with cooperation agreements with Italy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from December 4 for other non-seasonal subordinate workers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from December 12 for seasonal workers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\">EMPLOYER DOCUMENTS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chamber of Commerce registration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial statements (turnover and business income)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number of workers, including apprentices, training contracts, and non-EU workers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification, residence, and contact information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Job offer (not less than 20 hours per week with a monthly salary not less than the social allowance amount)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of housing suitability or proof of housing request for the foreign worker in Italy; if the employer provides housing, they must provide evidence of its actual availability and the conditions under which it is offered (the rent cannot be excessive compared to the quality of the accommodation provided and cannot exceed one-third of the worker&#8217;s salary; it cannot be reduced from the salary).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color
