class=\"uagb-faq-content\"><p>Revenue stamps are required when you request a Sworn Translation in Court.<br>Currently, the revenue stamps required to Notarise the documents are \u20ac16.00 for every 4 pages or 100 lines in total.<br>Revenue stamps are not required for sworn translations for certain uses when exemption from stamp duty is allowed by Presidential Decree (D.P.R.) 26.10.1972, no. 642, as amended by D.P.R. 30.12.1982, no. 955.<br><em>For example: divorce decrees, adoptions, in some cases where the unified contribution has already been paid, labor cases, class=\"uagb-faq-content\"><p><br>It is the certification of the conformity to the original text of a translation.
