Family reunification

Anagrafical Documents:

• Applicant’s passport
• Photocopy of the family member’s passport residing abroad (the only document required from abroad)
• Residence permit or identity card if you are an Italian citizen
• Tax code of the applicant
• Certificate of Family Status and residence with the wording “for immigration purposes” (can also be a self-certification)
• SPID (Public Digital Identity System)

Documents to attest to the type of accommodation:

Are you RENTING?
Are you in a LOAN FOR USE agreement?
Do you own the property?

Documents to attest to the type of income:

Are you an EMPLOYEE?
Are you a DOMESTIC WORKER?
Are you a SELF-EMPLOYED WORKER?
Are you a FREELANCER?
Are you a WORKING PARTNER?

The applicant must demonstrate income not less than the annual Social Allowance amount:

• Applicant: €6,542.51
• Applicant with 1 dependent family member: €9,813.76, even if they are under 14 years old
• Applicant with 2 dependent family members: €13,085.02
• Applicant with 3 dependent family members: €16,356.27
• Applicant with 4 dependent family members: €19,627.27
• Applicant with 5 dependent family members: €22,898.78
