- Completed and signed application by the applicant (Form 1).
- Photocopy of the entire passport or another equivalent document (see table No. 4).
- For the request of issuance of the residence permit, Form 1 will be completed at the Immigration One-Stop Office, which issued the entry clearance for family reunification.
- For the request for a residence permit for family reasons for the minor living with their parent, the parent’s residence permit number must be included in Form 1.
NOTES:
– The residence permit for family allows access to welfare services, enrollment in courses of study or vocational training, and the pursuit of subordinate or self-employed work, subject to minimum age requirements for employment activities.
– The residence permit for family reasons has the same duration as the residence permit of the foreign family member who obtained the entry clearance for family reunification and is renewable along with the latter.
– Upon reaching the age of majority, the foreign national holding a residence permit for family reasons is issued a residence permit for study, work access, or work, depending on the activity performed.
