RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR JOB SEARCH OR ENTREPRENEURSHIP BY STUDENTS
(Article 39 bis.1, paragraph 1, Legislative Decree No. 286/98 and subsequent amendments)
- Students who have completed their studies and wish to stay in Italy for job search or entrepreneurship purposes are eligible for this residence permit. The application must include the following:
- Completed and signed application by the applicant (Forms 1 and 2).
- Photocopy of the entire passport or another equivalent document (see table No. 4).
- Documentation attesting to the completion of a doctoral program, master’s degree, bachelor’s degree, specialist degree, or a diploma of the first or second level.
- Photocopy of documents confirming the availability of adequate financial resources for the duration of the residence permit.
- Photocopy of health insurance valid in the national territory, covering the duration of the residence permit, for illness and/or accidents and healthcare assistance in Italy.
- Certification of registration with the employment centre (formerly registration with job placement lists).
