(Article 24 of Legislative Decree No. 286/98 and subsequent amendments; Article 38 of DPR No. 394/99 and subsequent amendments)
- Completed and signed application by the applicant (Form 1 and Form 2).
- Photocopy of the entire passport or another equivalent document (see table No. 4).
- To obtain the residence permit, Forms 1 and 2 should be completed at the Single Immigration Desk at the time of signing the seasonal subordinate employment residence contract.
- For the renewal of the residence permit, a copy of the seasonal subordinate employment residence contract signed between the parties should be provided, along with the receipt of the registered mail with which it was sent to the competent Single Immigration Desk.
NOTES:
– The authorisation for seasonal work is valid from 20 days up to a maximum of nine months, corresponding to the duration of the requested seasonal work, even with reference to the grouping of shorter-term work periods to be carried out with different employers.
– The multi-year residence permit for seasonal subordinated employment (Article 5, paragraph 5 ter, Legislative Decree No. 286/98 and subsequent amendments) is requested at the Immigration Office of the competent Police Headquarters.
