EMPLOYEES REGULARLY PAID BY EMPLOYERS, INDIVIDUALS OR LEGAL ENTITIES RESIDING ABROAD AND DIRECTLY PAID BY THEM, WHO ARE TEMPORARILY TRANSFERRED FROM ABROAD TO INDIVIDUALS OR LEGAL ENTITIES, ITALIAN OR FOREIGN, RESIDING IN ITALY, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING OUT SPECIFIC SERVICES UNDER A CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE AFOREMENTIONED INDIVIDUALS OR LEGAL ENTITIES RESIDING OR HAVING THEIR SEAT IN ITALY AND THOSE RESIDING OR HAVING THEIR SEAT ABROAD.
- Completed and signed application by the applicant (Form 1 and 2).
- Photocopy of the entire passport or another equivalent document (see table No. 4).
- For the issuance of the residence permit, Forms 1 and 2 are filled out at the Immigration One-Stop Office when signing the employment stay contract.
- The renewal request for the residence permit must be accompanied by a photocopy of the employment residence contract signed between the parties and a copy of the receipt of the registered letter through which the contract was sent to the competent Immigration One-Stop Office.
NOTES:
The work permit, and consequently the residence permit, cannot be granted for a period longer than the fixed-term employment contract, and in any case, for more than two (2) years. If an extension is provided, it cannot exceed the same two (2) year term.
